Fill out the bid sheet we supply with your name and Bidder number, then list any lot number you want to bid on and the whole dollar amount you want to bid. You can bid until 8pm, but can only enter the Bid Sale until 7:30pm.

Bring your bid sheet to our keying staff members, who will enter your Bidder number, the lots you bid on and the amounts you bid. They will give you back your bid sheet and a printout of what was keyed. Once you have verified that all information is correct, sign the print out and give to the keying staff member. If you see an error, let the staff member know. There is a copy machine for customer use in the lobby if you want a copy of your bid sheet.

Give us your email address when you register or anytime afterwards, and we will email you your winning bids. You can also call our phone line 816-350-6200, then follow the instructions to listen to your winning bids.

You must pay and pick up your items the next day, between the hours of 6:00am and 5:45pm. Come to the Bid Sale office and pull a number. We’ll call you to come and pay, then assign you to the first available door that works with your vehicle type.

No, we reserve the right to hold an item if we feel the highest bid is too low.

Absolutely. Ask a team member in the Cash Office and they can let you know. First come, first serve.

No. Our policy is “as is, where is”. Bid accordingly.

If you have your exemption certificate (includes tax I.D. number), let the registration staff know when you sign up. They will make sure you get the proper forms to fill out and return to be approved by our accounting staff. You won’t be able to purchase without sales tax until all forms are submitted and approval is given. After all required forms are submitted, it can take up to a week to be approved. Loadout times vary depending on how many lots you are picking up, what type of vehicle you are driving, and how many other customers are picking up at that time.

If you can’t pick up your winnings on the Friday following the Bid Sale you won your item(s), you must call 816-350-6200 by 5:45pm Friday. Not picking up winning items on Friday may result in losing your lot(s), and/or being banned from the Bid Sale.
